IDSOLVER: A general purpose solver for nth-order integro-differential equations

IDSOLVER is a solver capable of solving a wide variety of integro-differential equations (IDE) of arbitrary order, including the Volterra and Fredholm IDE, variable limits on the integral, and non-linear IDE.

MATA: Toolbox For Analyzing Microarray Data

This toolbox was developed using MATLAB® and is part of the doctoral dissertation titled A Novel Probabilistic Framework For Microarray Data Analysis: From Fundamental Probability Models To Experimental Validation.
